Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I Return My Product(S) After Delivery?

Yes, we accept returns on orders within 14 days of receiving the delivery as long as items are unused & unopened, a collection fee of £25 will be charged to cover costs. Should you need to return your product please contact our customer service team on info@sleepy.ie for help with this.

Who Will Deliver My Order?

We manage our deliveries on our own fleet of vehicles, this gives us full control and eliminates the chances of damages and delays- and free assembly!

Do You Offer A Guarantee? 

We will cover all products with a minimum 12 months guarantee for any manufacturing defects. Some mattresses have extended guarantees, please contact our sales team for further information. 

Is Delivery Really Free?

Yes! We offer free delivery anywhere in mainland Ireland. You will receive a text message the day prior to delivery and our driver will always call 1 hour before arriving to your home. We have GPS fitted to our vans for security, so if you give us a call we can give you real time tracking for a more accurate lead time!

Where Are Your Products Made?

All of our mattresses, divans and headboards are made in our own factory in County Antrim.

What Payment Methods Do You Offer?

We offer four methods of payment: Credit/Debit card, Interest free Klarna finance, PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD).
